In this class we will teach you the four GFR points (posture, mid-foot, cadence, lean) that will help you become a more efficient, healthier runner. By practicing these four points you will be able to run easier and lighter with less stress on your body. This introductory class includes demonstration and practice of drills and running technique that you can carry into your daily running.
