Yoga is the perfect compliment to running. Join Colleen Rolland – Move Wellness for a shared practice gaining strength and flexibility to increase stamina and prevent injuries. This hour long class will guide runners through a few flows, which are a series of yoga poses linked together. These flows will concentrate on opening the hips, lengthening the muscles of the legs, working on balance, and strengthening the core. This class is suitable for beginners to experienced, modifications will be given to make poses more gentle or more difficult. Please dress in layers and bring water, a yoga mat, and an open mind!
