• self-motivated
• loves helping all runners/walkers/humans find the right gear
• can work weekends consistently
• enjoys a Washtenaw Dairy donut after a run from time to time
• great communication skills
• works well with a diverse staff
• can commit to at least 1 year at AARC
• looks forward to attending AARC events, demo runs, etc
• is a glass half full kind of person
• and probably a few other things that we can't think of right now
