Ann Arbor Running Company has a variety of resources for endurance athletes looking for personalized coaching. Nicholas Stanko, Kaylin & Alex Russeau, Becca Moore, Michael Parker and Coach Gina specialize in helping runners, triathletes, and cyclists reach their true potential as athletes.
Kaylin & Alex Russeau – Kaylin and Alex work with runners and triathletes ranging from the beginner to the elite athlete. Not only do they create an individual training plan for your A race but they focus on creating personalized prehab, mobility and strength routines that compliment your training phases so you can excel at what you love. Becca Moore - Coach Becca has her PhD in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and is an Associate Professor in Exercise Science at Eastern Michigan University. Her research and teaching focuses on physical activity measurement, exercise testing, and endurance performance. Coach Becca has been an endurance athlete her entire life. Originally focusing on triathlon from the sprint to ironman distance, shifting to solely running and marathons including Boston in 2010, and now competing in ultramarathons. She also has a strength background completing an internship at State of Fitness, coaching at 734 Strength and Performance, and competing at the Arnold in Olympic Weightlifting. Coach Becca uses scientifically based principles to create training plans for her athletes. Coach Gina – Run Ann Arbor’s Coach Gina has been running for over 40 years and has been providing group runs for the Ann Arbor community since 1998. She knows what is important for a long run to be successful and Coach Gina wants to provide that for other runners – water stations, a variety of marked courses, a group of runners who can run with other “like paced” runners, camaraderie, and best of all – a whole lot of fun.
