Try out some On Running 👟 during a 45-minute strength based endurance workout at the Ann Arbor Athletic Club this Sunday, January 9th. Before yesterday's A Very Nice Run we had the honor of giving out the 2021 Michigan Runner of the Year awards. Saline's Erin LaRusso won the Masters Female division and Muskegon's Samuel Darling won the Masters Men division and the overall Michigan Runner of the Year award. That's some #verynice running!
